It’s Business As Usual For UTraining

In the immediate response to the Coronavirus crises, companies have had to implement urgent actions to protect themselves and their employees from the potential risk from Covid-19.

With the disruption caused to the supply chain and the consequential adaption of standard working practices (e.g. remote workstations, shift timings and safety protocols) affecting the flow of materials and information throughout the workplace. Now more than ever, there is a need to create and/or develop robust daily workplace management systems to measure, control and resolve SQCDP (safety, quality, cost, delivery, and people) issues, including the training and development of employees to maximise business potential whilst minimising the potential risk from Covid-19.

UTraining continue to offer support to employers and their employees, by providing effective solutions that focus on continually satisfying customer demand, as well as reducing waste by transforming problems into solutions.

As a result of these unprecedented times, we have adapted our operations to include an online platform. Utilising different tools and embracing new systems and methodology has enabled us to offer remote and/or traditional delivery, to continue providing sector leading high quality service to our partners, clients and learners.

To ensure employers and employees stay safe and meet their obligations under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 we have now introduced the following Covid-19 related topics: Thinking about risk, who should go to work, social distancing at work, Managing customers/visitors/contractors, cleaning the workplace, personal protective equipment (PPE) and face coverings, workforce management, and inbound and outbound goods.
