2019 has seen UTRAINING expand and strengthen its employer partnerships to include several manufacturing com
panies around the North East, including Elfab and Lamplas
Elfab, Europe’s leading manufacturer of pressure relief solutions is working in partnership with Utraining to implement ‘Daily Workplace Management’ sytems in it’s manufacturing facility in North Shields. In addition to workforce development Elfab have also taken on several ‘Lean Manahufacturing Operatives’ Apprentices.
Lamplas are among the largest glassfibre, fibreglass and solid surface moulders in the UK based in the North East, have joined forces with Utraining to deliver lean manufacturing training to it’s workforce to support the implementation and sustainability of ‘Daily Workplace Management’ systems.
